Cleo (A420821) is used to being admired, thanks to her lovely calico coat and green eyes. But there’s more to love than a pretty face! This curious girl loves to climb and explore every nook and cranny in your house. She loves to nap on top of bookshelves, in the closet, and if you turn your back, she might hop into your laundry basket or your purse.
She can be a little shy with strangers, but it doesn’t last long! Before you know it, she’ll be cuddling right up to you for pats and chin scratches. Her former owners left Cleo behind at the shelter in January so they could travel. She hasn’t given up, and she’s still waiting for a compassionate owner who can give her the attention and love she deserves.
Cleo is very playful and an avid hunter of laser pointers, headphones, and anything that moves. Don’t let that fool you, though. She’s declawed, so she would be best in an indoor-only setting. She also has grain-sensitive allergies, so she will be happiest on a diet of wet food or grain-free dry food.
Currently, Cleo is free to adopt from Orange County Animal Services, since she is eight years old. Adoption includes spay, vaccinations, rabies, microchip, and Feline Leukemia/FIV testing. To arrange for a meeting with this cutie, please email her foster mom at annieamccabe@gmail.com
