Hi my name is Popeye. I am a very sweet male tuxedo kitten who was born around 8/21/19. I came to my foster family very skinny, so I have been working really hard to plump myself back up. My favorite thing is to be held by my foster family's 7 and 9 year old kids. When they go to bed at night I jump on their beds and curl up to say goodnight. They say I turn into an instapurr when I see them or am picked up. My foster family also has dogs and cats and I do well with all of them. 

My adoption fee is less than $40 which my neuter surgery, initial vaccinations (including rabies), dewormer and microchip.  I also tested negative for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and FIV.
