Meet Soul (affectionately called Little Soul by his foster mom)! He came to Orange County Animal Services from a hoarding situation, and was very fractious and fearful in the shelter environment. In foster care he was shy at first, but opened up very quickly when he realized there were other cats in the home. He is playful, curious, affectionate, intelligent, and would do best in a multi-cat household. His favorite toys include stuffed mice and empty amazon boxes. He dislikes being enclosed in boxes and carriers, but will tolerate it if given wet food. He can be shy with new people, but once he warms up he will come when called. He is ready to be adopted – already neutered, FIV and FELV negative, has a microchip, and is up to date on kitten vaccines, rabies vaccine, and flea treatment. The adoption fee is $40, and you can contact his foster mom, Lydia, at lydiamquinn@gmail.com to schedule a time to meet him in her home. Soul is a sweet little guy who deserves a happy house with other happy cats!
