Lady Murasaki is a sweet girl with a unique black tabby coat who is looking for her forever home! She loves to talk, is easy to purr, and will chat with you even as you pet her. Murasaki is just as wordy as her namesake, Murasaki Shikibu, the author of the world's first novel—schedule a meet & greet if you love a talkative kitty! She’s easy to pick up and pet anytime and loves to initiate a good cuddle session. She is the brave half of her brother-sister duo (with A572467 Genji) when it comes to warming up to humans, but she may still be more comfortable going to a new home with her brother.

Adoption is $50.00 and includes the neuter surgery, initial vaccinations, rabies, microchip and Feline Leuk/FIV testing. At Orange County Animal Services, cats may be adopted in pairs for the adoption fee of just one because cats tend to do well in pairs. Consider adopting Murasaki a friend!
